Drives | Informal social bowls. Drives are open to all and are a good way to enjoy an afternoon or evening playing with different people. These are run on Monday, either starting at 2.00pm or 6.00pm depending on the time of year. However it is important to arrive 30 minutes before the start so that the organisers can arrange the number of players and rinks. Once registered and all players have booked in, you pick a disk which tells you which rink you are playing on and whether you are on the red or black team. Once there you meet the folks who you are playing with and the opposing team. It is at this point that you decide who will play lead, two, three and skip | Greys with Club/White tops (with collars) | |
